The Paradise Ibiza closing brought Jamie Jones’s 2026 summer at [UNVRS] to an end on Wednesday, October 7. After 18 consecutive Wednesdays under the Starship Eden concept, the Welsh DJ and Hot Creations boss signed off the way Paradise usually does: with one last marathon in the Main Room, going back to back with sośa and Adam Ten on closing night, according to footage shared by House Music US.

How the Paradise Ibiza closing played out

Closing night followed the format that defined the whole summer. Jones played every date of the residency, so October 7 was his 18th Paradise night of 2026, and he kept the final stretch for himself and two regulars of the house and tech house circuit. sośa and Adam Ten were both on the official closing bill, alongside names like Manda Moor and Mason Maynard, while the Bunker was handed over to Hot Creations and friends.

That last detail matters. Paradise has always worked as a showcase for Jones’s label family, and the closing kept the Hot Creations crew front and center rather than booking one oversized guest to steal the headline.

Starship Eden: the 2026 concept

Every Paradise season comes with its own world, and 2026 went to space. [UNVRS] pitched Starship Eden as a futuristic ark travelling the cosmos, a “conscious cosmic garden” filled with alien plants, crystal vines and bioluminescent particles that react to the music. Jones described it as a party cruise ship that collects nature and creatures from every world it visits.

The idea followed 2025’s “Sands Of Solaris”, the theme that introduced Paradise to [UNVRS] in its debut season at the club, and leaned harder into the production values the venue was built for.

A season built on back to back sets

The 2026 residency ran from June 10 to October 7, and its strongest selling point was the list of artists who shared the booth with Jones. Across the summer he went back to back with Marco Carola, Loco Dice, Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Joseph Capriati, Chris Stussy, Prospa, Josh Baker, Luke Dean and Max Dean.

The wider guest roster mixed veterans such as Luciano, Hot Since 82 and Patrick Topping with younger names like Fleur Shore, ALISHA and Rossi. Cloonee, who released his debut album this month, was also part of the season. Official listings put the full lineup at more than 110 acts spread across the Main Room, Wild Comet and the Bunker.

From DC10 to [UNVRS]

Paradise started at DC10 in 2012 and stayed there for eight seasons, becoming one of the defining Wednesday parties of the island’s underground era. It moved to Amnesia in 2022, then made the jump to [UNVRS] in 2025. Before this summer, Jones counted 12 Paradise seasons in Ibiza, which makes 2026 the brand’s 13th.

The move to [UNVRS] carried some symbolism. The club, led by Yann Pissenem, is a reimagining of the former Privilege, which closed in 2019. Jones’s first Ibiza residency, with Manumission, took place in Privilege’s Music Box, so Paradise now runs in the same building where his island story began.

What comes next

[UNVRS] has not announced its 2027 residencies yet, and nothing has been confirmed about a third Paradise season at the venue. The official Paradise page currently invites fans to sign up for news on next summer.

With the island season over, attention now shifts to Amsterdam, where ADE 2026 takes over the calendar for the industry’s autumn gathering.
