Timmy Trumpet has spent more than a decade building festival anthems. His next move is something different. Timmy Trumpet REVELATIONS, a 15 track vocal album, arrives on Friday, October 23, 2026 via Spinnin’ Records, and it was written for anyone trying to find their way back to themselves after a breakup. It is his first full length record since his 2020 debut Mad World, and the most personal thing the Australian has released.

Timmy Trumpet REVELATIONS: an album born from heartbreak
The record was written during what has been described as the hardest year of his life. Timmy Trumpet, born Timothy Jude Smith in Sydney, famously proposed to his Hungarian partner Anett Tomcsanyi during a 2020 livestream, and the couple married in Budapest in 2022. Earlier this year he announced their separation on Instagram.
Instead of returning straight to the big room formula, he stepped away from festival records and turned to songwriting as a way to process what happened. The result is an album that moves from heartbreak and reflection toward acceptance and hope, closing on a solo track called “One Broken Heart”. The pitch is simple: a soundtrack for healing, made by someone who needed it first.
An accidental announcement at Tomorrowland
Fans got the first hint in July. Speaking on One World Radio at Tomorrowland, the night before his closing set on the Freedom stage, he let slip that a new album was coming. “We’re playing four new tracks off the album tonight,” he said, describing them as “emotional records.” According to DJ Mag, his team suggested afterwards that he was not supposed to mention it yet.
That same weekend John Martin joined him on stage for “All My Life” and a run through “Don’t You Worry Child”. Timmy said he got to work with “one of the most iconic voices in dance music”, and Martin’s voice ended up being one of the anchors of the project. The title, tracklist and release date followed officially in September.
Singles, features and the full tracklist
The first taste came back in March with “Not A Place” featuring Oaks, his first release in more than six months, which now opens the album. The lead single is “Chase The Feeling”, a bright house record made with German producer Alle Farben and Brighton singer and songwriter ALEXX, built around a big melodic chorus and his live trumpet. “All My Life”, with Frank Walker and John Martin, carries the Tomorrowland connection onto the record.
Elsewhere the guest list leans on voices rather than big name producers: Olivia Sebastianelli, Moa Lisa (who appears twice), CERES, Bow Anderson, Thomas Edwards, Martin Jasper and Richard Judge all feature. Here is the full running order:
- Not A Place (feat. Oaks)
- Dance Till I Die (with Olivia Sebastianelli)
- Chase The Feeling (with Alle Farben, feat. ALEXX)
- All My Life (with Frank Walker, feat. John Martin)
- Dancing On The Edge
- Wanna Be Loved (feat. Moa Lisa)
- Roses (with bradeazy, feat. Richard Judge)
- In My Head (with Jethro)
- Drinking To Forget You (feat. CERES)
- Will I Be Alright (feat. Martin Jasper)
- Into The Unknown
- Ordinary Love (feat. Bow Anderson)
- Close (feat. Moa Lisa)
- Live Before I Die (feat. Thomas Edwards)
- One Broken Heart
Song titles like “Drinking To Forget You” and “Will I Be Alright” make the theme hard to miss. This is a breakup record from start to finish, sequenced like one.

A new direction for a festival favourite
For most dance fans Timmy Trumpet still means “Freaks”, the 2014 collaboration with Savage that turned a live trumpet hook into a festival staple. He has ridden that energy all the way to number 6 in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll in 2025, and he remains a regular across the biggest bills on the circuit, from his Great Library slot at Tomorrowland 2026 to the Parookaville 2026 lineup.
REVELATIONS puts vocals and songwriting first while keeping the trumpet and the live energy that made his name. It is a risk for an artist whose brand is built on peak time drops, but it also feels like the most honest version of him yet. If the singles are a guide, the hooks are still there. They just hit somewhere else.
When and where to listen
Timmy Trumpet REVELATIONS is out on Friday, October 23 on Spinnin’ Records, with “Not A Place” and “Chase The Feeling” already available. You can presave the album on Apple Music and the other major streaming platforms.
