Inside ÆDEN: A Night at Anyma’s [UNVRS] Residency in Ibiza

Some nights on this island remind you why Ibiza still sits at the center of the electronic music world. Ours came on Tuesday, August 4th, when the HouseMusic.us team was invited inside [UNVRS] for ÆDEN — Anyma’s residency — and walked out convinced we’d just seen the future of what a club night can be.

The world’s first hyperclub

If you haven’t been yet, [UNVRS] (pronounced “Universe”) is hard to overstate. Opened in 2025 by The Night League, the team behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, led by Yann Pissenem, it rose on the legendary ground once occupied by Ku and Privilege. With a capacity of 10,000 and roughly 6,500 square metres of space, it’s billed as the largest club on the planet, and it was crowned the #1 Club in the World by DJ Mag in 2026, making history as the first venue to top the poll in its very first year.

They call it a “hyperclub,” and once you’re inside the phrase stops sounding like marketing. Colossal marble columns frame a stage that feels more like an ancient temple than a DJ booth, while a wraparound screen turns the entire room into a canvas. Architecture, technology, sound and crowd all move as one, which is exactly the point.

ÆDEN: more residency than club night

Anyma’s Tuesday residency, ÆDEN, runs across the summer and forms part of his ÆDEN Global Tour 2026, the same world he’s been building since his landmark debut as a headliner at Coachella. Rather than a standard guest-DJ rotation, ÆDEN is designed as a single immersive experience, built to exploit everything the hyperclub can do: a real-time dialogue between visuals, music and the thousands of people on the floor.

Across the season Anyma has welcomed a staggering roster of guests, names like Solomun, CamelPhat, Amelie Lens, WhoMadeWho, Argy, Mathame and Stephan Bodzin among them, but each night bends back toward his own cinematic, melodic-techno universe.

Our Tuesday: Cloonee, then liftoff

The night we went, the main room built beautifully. Before Anyma took over, UK house heavyweight Cloonee delivered a set that had the entire room bouncing, and when he dropped his new hit “Good Girl,” the place detonated. It was one of those moments where 10,000 people lock into the same groove at once, phones up, hands higher.

Then Anyma stepped up, and the room changed character entirely. His set turned [UNVRS] into a moving piece of art, towering AI-driven visuals, marble statues coming to life, fire and light pouring across the ceiling in sync with every drop. Calling it a DJ set undersells it; it played more like a cinematic ritual you happened to be dancing inside of.

By the time we surfaced, the verdict was unanimous across our team: this was one of the most complete sensory experiences Ibiza has to offer right now. ÆDEN isn’t just a night out, it’s a statement about where live electronic music is heading.
