This ambition finds its most striking expression in Soundstorm, the MDLBEAST-produced mega-festival that will take place from Thursday, December 11 to Saturday, December 13, 2025, in the Banban desert just outside Riyadh.
The 2025 Soundstorm edition features more than 200 performers, reaffirming the country’s intention to position itself as a key destination for major live events. The most recent wave of artists added to the program includes Don Toliver, the Houston-native hip-hop and R&B sensation; Salvatore Ganacci, celebrated for his unconventional stage presence; and Sebastian Ingrosso, a pillar of Swedish House Mafia and a major figure in global dance music. These acts enrich a lineup already packed with heavy hitters such as DJ Snake, Metro Boomin, Post Malone, Halsey, Pitbull, Benson Boone, Cardi B, Young Thug, and Calvin Harris — an impressive mix that spans pop, rap, and the various currents of modern electronic sound.
For 2025, the festival grounds have undergone a complete redesign. The site now features four thematic districts inspired by the cardinal directions, along with a revamped Downtown that functions as the central meeting point for the entire event. With 14 stages and cutting-edge production, Soundstorm aims to transform the Riyadh desert into a true city of sound. From the main stage — where icons like Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, DJ Snake, and Ingrosso will perform — to spaces dedicated to emerging talent, every area is envisioned as part of a broader musical journey.
