On May 30, 2025, Ibiza witnessed the return of one of its most legendary spaces. The venue once known as Ku and later Privilege has reopened its doors under a new name and identity. Now called [UNVRS], the club introduces itself as something more than just another addition to the island. It is a futuristic venue designed to merge technology, immersive experiences, and global talent in a setting that feels unlike anything Ibiza has seen before.
The opening night delivered a twelve-hour journey with over seven thousand attendees and a lineup that bridged generations and styles. From carefully curated warmups to peak-time chaos and sunrise closings, every detail was intentional. The message was clear. Ibiza is changing again.
A Club That Feels Like a Portal
[UNVRS] stands out not only for its history but for how it blends the past with a striking vision of the future. Its exterior pays tribute to the island’s architectural language with white walls and local materials, but once inside, the atmosphere shifts completely.

The main room towers with industrial design and gridlike metal structures. Light paths guide you across elevated bridges, hidden corridors, and glass-covered lounges. One of the most talked-about corners of the venue is The Wild Comet, a fully equipped DJ booth hidden inside the bathroom wing. No detail has been overlooked, and the layout encourages movement and exploration across multiple levels and sonic environments.
A Lineup That Delivered on the Hype
Opening night featured a wide range of sounds and textures. Carista opened the club with a rich and emotional set. Ahmed Spins, Adam Ten b2b Mita Gami, and Michael Bibi followed with darker, more forceful selections that shaped the night’s core. As the early hours approached, the booth was taken over by Joseph Capriati b2b The Martinez Brothers, followed by a sunrise moment with Carl Cox b2b Jamie Jones.
The Wild Comet room remained active through the morning with secret sets by Salomé Le Chat, KOKO, S.A.M., and Paul Reynolds. Each room had its own narrative, but the entire night felt unified by energy and attention to flow.
Weekly Residencies for Every Sound
Shortly after opening, [UNVRS] unveiled its full summer program, featuring one of the most complete residency rosters on the island.
On Mondays, Eric Prydz returns with his new HOLOSPHERE 2.0 concept. Tuesdays are hosted by Anyma, known for his audiovisual storytelling and atmospheric techno. On Wednesdays, Jamie Jones brings back Paradise with a new theme titled Sands of Solaris.
FISHER takes over Thursdays with his high-impact style. Fridays belong to David Guetta and his Galactic Circus show, mixing commercial appeal with large-scale production. Saturdays are reserved for elrow Ibiza, bringing color, chaos, and confetti to the weekend. Finally, on Sundays, Carl Cox returns to the island to close each week with depth and legacy.

One-Night Specials and New Formats
Beyond its weekly schedule, [UNVRS] has already announced several one-off events and conceptual nights. On June 15, ANOTR will present a custom show titled On A Trip. The season will close on September 29 with Sara Landry, offering a hard techno finale to contrast the more melodic and house-focused nights that dominate the calendar.
These events hint at a broader strategy. [UNVRS] is not just a club, it is a flexible platform for experimentation. The goal is to let each night feel unique without compromising on identity.
Ibiza’s Next Chapter Has Begun
[UNVRS] positions itself as a new reference point for what Ibiza nightlife can be. It respects the island’s heritage while clearly pushing into new territory with immersive production, modular architecture, and a lineup that covers every corner of the electronic spectrum. For those who believe Ibiza’s best days are behind it, [UNVRS] offers a sharp and confident counterpoint.
The season has only just begun, but something has already shifted. The island is watching, and the world is listening.
